Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund, less a $25 administrative fee will be given for cancellations before September 18, 2026. There are no refunds for no-shows. No refunds will be given after September 18, 2026.

Booth assignments will be finalized as we complete all registrations closer to the event date. During setup and throughout the event, members of our chapter will be available to guide you to your assigned booth and ensure that everyone is properly checked in upon arrival.
