Chapter Annual Awards Program
The Chapter Annual Awards Program recognizes members in our organizations that we consider to be outstanding.
These include all members, not just those with the title of Manager or Buyer.
The Chapter Board has completed the 2008 awards for Buyer
of the Year and Manager of the Year. Candidates
need to be current members of the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP and actively employed in public procurement.
The Nomination Forms are comprehensive as the Chapter submitts the Awardees to NIGP National
for nomination.
The purpose of these awards is to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the
advancement of purchasing and professional development to include the following:
- Contributions to the Public Purchasing Profession
- Contributions to Professional Development and Professional Certification
- Contributions to the entity he/she serves
- Contributions to the NIGP Chapter
- Contributions to the National (NIGP)

- Kendra Goodman, CPPB, Manager of the Year - 2004
