Chapter Annual Awards Program
The Tampa Bay
Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental
Purchasing is inviting all members to submit nominations
for Professional Buyer of the Year, and
Professional Manager of the Year! The winners
of both awards will be receive a full scholarship
(registration fee, lodging fee and travel fee) for
attendance at the 2010 NIGP Forum and Products
Exposition to be held in San Antonio, Texas, August 12th
through the 17th.
The person(s)
nominating the winning applicant for the Buyer and
Manager of the Year will receive 100 points to be used
towards a seminar, conference or National Forum in 2010
or 2011.
Nominations
for both Chapter Buyer and Manager must be submitted to
the Chapter Nominating Committee NO LATER than 5:00
PM, March 31, 2010. This is a wonderful
opportunity to reward the professional contributions of
one of your Chapter colleagues. (Please note, that
individuals, who are Chapter Members, may also nominate
themselves.) Applications for both awards are attached.
